This is one of my all time favorite vegan recipes.
This recipe is perfect for anyone experimenting with veganism or anyone who wants to make a meal for themselves and a friend/significant other who is not vegan because the taste is just incredible!
-DeBolles Gluten Free Quinoa Penna Plus Golden Flax Pasta (great source of protein, flax is great for your skin) This can be found at most grocery store, but if not, here is the website http://www.deboles.com
-Organic Basil Tomato Basil Sauce
-3 garlic cloves minced (great natural anti-biotic, protects against cancers)
-Chopped yellow onion (protects against oxidative stress)
-Chopped mushroom, zucchini, broccoli, spinach, red pepper
-Spinach (large amount of flavonoids or antioxidants)
-Daiya Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
-Herbamare vegetable seasoning
1.) Preset oven to 400 degrees
2.) Cook quinoa pasta and drain. Place in bowl.
3.) While the oven is heating, saute the garlic and onion
4.) Saute the rest of the vegetables and sprinkle on the herbamare vegetable seasoning.
5.) Pour pasta into the baking pan. Mix in the vegetables and the tomato sauce until distributed evenly.
6.) Place in oven for 15 minutes.
7.) Sprinkle daiya cheese on top and bake for five minutes.
8.) Let cool and enjoy!
