Drinking hot water with lemon has countless benefits that will help you jump start your day and allow you to feel and look fresh first thing in the morning.
  • But before you take my two week challenge, here are the amazing benefits of drinking hot water with lemon first thing in the morning:

– Lemon has extremely powerful anti-bacterial properties that are great for your skin and your stomach.

– It helps to prevent bloating.

-The vitamin c helps to prevent colds.

-It flushes out any toxins that you took in from the previous day from drinking out of plastic water bottles, drinking non-organic foods, and from eating out of plastic utensils that are not BPA free.

Fights against acne and wrinkles.

-Natural anti-inflamatory

-Helps to balance your PH levels.

– You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a metabolism boost.

So what reason is there to not take on my challenge?

* If you complete the challenge and love the results that you are seeing, shoot us a quick e-mail at illuminating_inspirations@aol.com. We love to keep in touch with everyone that we inspire. You can also post your lemon-water Instagram photos with the hashtag #iilemonwaterchallenge so we can all do this as a team!

If you are having trouble stomaching the taste (however, I promise its not bad and is completely worth the benefits), you can add some organic honey to the drink to give it a similar taste to tea. Enjoy!
